Life issues (Replenish Your Spirit)
Complimentary Coaching Discovery Session

Before a complimentary Coaching Discovery Session, please complete the Replenish Your Spirit questionnaire so that we can dive right in during our discovery session. We will talk a bit about how things are going for you now, what areas of your life do get your attention, and what areas of your life you are dissatisfied with. We’ll explore what places you’re experiencing the most challenges and that you long to change.

We’ll create a vision of where you want to be, and look at what tools (practical, energetic and spiritual) can be used to achieve this. My intention is to offer suggestions and do some problem solving. We will assess if continuing with a journey in the Replenishing Your Spirit Coaching would be a fit.
