[/custom_frame_center] One morning I felt guided to fill myself with the power of Love. Love is so pure and transformational. While in a meditative state I focused Love into each of my chakras (the energy centers of our body) and asked for the following:
- Crown chakra – That I connect with Spirit, which is pure Love
- Third Eye chakra – That my intuition is strong and clear; seeing through the “eyes” of Love
- Throat chakra – That I speak and communicate with Love
- Heart chakra – That my heart is filled with Love
- Solar Plexus chakra – That I stand in my power; a loving power; the power of Love
- Sacral chakra – That my creativity is energized with Love
- Root chakra – That I am rooted and grounded in Love
This would be a lovely practice to do often! As you do this, open yourself to all that Love can do for you.
