Replenish Your Spirit Coaching Overview
In your Replenish Your Spirit Coaching, we will explore what you’re craving to have in your life and how you can achieve that. We will use practical, energetic and spiritual tools to reach your goals and dreams. Knowing that it has been hard for you to find time for you, we will go at a graceful pace – encouraging you to begin by gifting yourself with 5 or 10 minutes at a time. One of the most powerful tools in Replenish Your Spirit Coaching is the EFT work. We will discover and clear the limiting beliefs and stuck patterns that are holding you back (examples of limiting beliefs: “It’s selfish to take time for me when there are still things that need to get done” and “I feel guilty if I take time away from my children to do things that will recharge my batteries”). The amazing thing about using EFT in these sessions is that the belief or emotional trigger can be very quickly neutralized and cleared. You can break through patterns by accessing causes that you had no idea contributed to the patterns. By peeling away the “layers of the onion”, the layer that is below can be revealed, ready to be cleared and healed. Then we can fill that cleared space with positive beliefs so that you can finally realize your goals and dreams.
EFT stands for “Emotional Freedom Technique” and it truly does help you find your emotional freedom. I am so passionate about this work because I have seen amazing results within myself and with clients.
